Clemson Men?s Tennis Team is Ranked 21st

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s tennis team is ranked 21st in this week’s Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll released Tuesday afternoon.The Tigers defeated Boston College 7-0 last Sunday in the team’s latest action.  Clemson has this week off and will play host to ninth-ranked Duke on Friday, April 5, in the Tigers’ next match.  The following Sunday, April 7, Clemson will entertain North Carolina and Anderson University in a doubleheader beginning at 11:00 a.m.In singles, Clemson’s Yannick Maden moved up in the rankings from 41st place to 26th in this week’s listings.  The doubles team of Yannick Maden and Dominique Maden is ranked 17th this week.Clemson has a 14-3 record overall, and a 3-1 mark in the Atlantic Coast Conference this season.  Yannick is 21-4 overall in singles play this year and 15-1 in dual match play at number-one singles.  He is undefeated in ACC matches with a 4-0 record.The doubles team of Yannick and his brother Dominique is ranked 17th this week.  This year the duo has an 18-3 record overall and an 8-0 mark in dual matches at number-one doubles.
