Clemson Men?s Tennis Ranked T-24th

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s tennis team is ranked in a tie for 24th position in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Poll (ITA) as announced by the organization Wednesday. Clemson has a 4-1 record and is coming off a 4-2 upset win over 10th ranked Mississippi in Oxford, MS. The Tigers are a young team this season as Clemson starts three newcomers in the singles lineup. This season, Hunter Harrington leads the Tigers. Harrington has an 8-5 mark overall this season in singles and is currently playing number-one singles and number-one doubles along with Dominique Maden. Alejandro Augusto and is 6-5 this season in singles while Robert Dudley is 6-3 this year. Clemson has two double headers this weekend that will be played indoors at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center’s Indoor Courts. On Friday, Clemson will play host to the College of Charleston at 10:30 a.m. and then will play Wofford at 4:30 p.m. On Sunday, the Tigers will play host to Winthrop at 10:00 a.m. and Anderson University at 4:00 p.m.
