Clemson Men’s Cross Country Finishes Fourth At 2002 ACC Cross Country Championships

ATLANTA, GA – The Clemson men’s cross country team competed at the 2002 ACC Championships Saturday at the Georgia Regional Hospital Cross Country Course. North Carolina State won the meet with 17 points, while Duke was second with 69 points. Virginia placed third with 95 points and Clemson tallied 103 points to finish fourth. Florida State recorded 123 points for fifth place, Wake Forest took sixth place with 148 points and North Carolina posted 187 points for seventh place. Maryland placed eighth with 219 points, and Georgia Tech rounded out the field with 243 points.

Senior Clay Pendleton was 55th in 27:18.2.
