DURHAM, NC – Clemson trailed by six early in the second half, but No. 4 Duke (14-0, 4-0 ACC) turned up the pressure, going on a 22-0 run en route to a 82-45 win on Thursday at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Clemson (4-11, 0-4 ACC) will now prepare to play Boston College at home on Sunday at 1:00 pm in a televised contest.
Freshman Aisha Turner scored 13 points to lead Clemson, while Nikki Dixon added 11 despite playing through foul trouble at the beginning of each half.

Duke’s press bothered the Lady Tigers in the second half, forcing 15 second-half turnovers, leading to 20 points. In the first half, they had just eight off Clemson miscues.
Elizabeth Williams led all players with 21 points in the game, and Chelsea Gray tallied eight points and a Duke-school-record 15 assists in the game.
Quinyotta Pettaway led all players with eight rebounds, as she entered ranked fourth in the conference in boards at 9.5 per contest.
The Lady Tigers shot .407 in the second half, but managed just a .269 mark in the second half.
Duke went into halftime with an eight point edge and before Clemson cut it to six at 36-30 with 18:35 to play when Dixon beat everyone down the floor off a steal and made her layup. Duke then responded with the deciding run, as Clemson didn’t score for nearly six and a half minutes before Natiece Ford hit her only field goal.
Ford took two charges in the game, giving her eight on the season and 15 in her career.
Duke later went on another 15-0 run later in the contest to build their lead to 78-36. Clemson outscored Duke, 7-4 over the final three minutes to set the final margin.
Duke scored the game’s first seven points before Clemson responded and went on an 8-3 run to get within two at 10-8. Turner and Dixon each hit threes during the run. Duke then stretched it out to 12 at 22-10, but Clemson again swung back with an 11-4 run to get within five at 26-21.
Clemson did this despite Dixon going to the bench with her second foul just six minutes into the half. Duke did close the half ahead, 34-26, with Williams jumper with 43 seconds left as the final points. Clemson shot .407 in the frame
Clemson tallied eight offensive rebounds in the half, but were largely forced outside due to Duke’s size, as they blocked five shots, led by Williams, who had three in the frame and four in the game.
