Clemson Fall and Winter Sport Award Winners Announced

CLEMSON, SC–A total of 37 Clemson student-athletes, managers, trainers and cheerleaders for the fall and winter sports will be recognized for most valuable, and most improved awards in their respective sports and activities at the annual Clemson Orange and White Spring Football game at Clemson Saturday.

Gaines Adams was named the recipient of the Morrow Defensive Most Valuable Football Player and Jock McKissic was the winner of the most valuable defensive player in the South Carolina game. Chansi Stuckey was named the Offensive Most Valuable Football Player and C.J. Spiller was the recipient of the Most Valuable Offensive Football Player in the South Carolina Game.

Cliff Hammonds and K.C. Rivers were co-winners of the Paul E. Bowie, Jr. Most Valuable Player award, while Rivers took home the Tom Lynch Most Improved Player award for the Tiger men’s basketball team.

In women’s basketball, D’Lesha Lloyd was named the Most Valuable Player and April Parker was the recipient of the Most Improved trophy.
