Clemson Defeats Northwestern In Men’s Tennis

HOUSTON, TX – Clemson defeated Northwestern 4-2 in the Rice Men’s Tennis Invitational at Houston Texas late Saturday night.

Clemson is now 18-6 on the year and have won 12 of its last 14 matches. The Tigers were 6-1 on this road trip losing only to Rice. The Tigers finished the Rice Invitational with a 2-1 record.

The Tigers will play at South Carolina on Wednesday, March 26, in Clemson’s next action.

In the Northwestern match, the two teams were forced to play indoors due to inclement weather. The doubles segment of the match was cancelled.
