Clemson University Athletics Compliance Services (CUACS) is responsible for ensuring the university maintains full control of activities associated with Clemson Athletics. This office continuously provides information and education to various constituent groups to ensure the athletics department and university are operating under the rules and policies of the NCAA, ACC, and CU.
The duty to maintain and uphold NCAA, ACC, and institutional standards is shared by anyone associated with the university such as the following:
Therefore, the best way to protect Clemson, its student-athletes, and its athletics programs is to always check with CUACS before providing any type of benefit or service to student-athletes (and their family and friends) or inducement or service to prospective student-athletes (and their family and friends). It is imperative we all continue to work together to ensure our student-athletes are successful under NCAA rules and that we do nothing to jeopardize their eligibility.
