Products of Clemson’s men’s soccer program continue to make an impact all over the professional ranks. This week alone, four players from last season’s ACC Tournament championship team saw action.
Thomas McNamara played a full 90 minutes for New York City FC against Montreal on Saturday, firing two shots, one on goal.
Manolo Sanchez was on the bench for the New York Red Bulls against the Columbus Crew this weekend. Sanchez has played in three matches for the Red Bulls this season.
Amadou Dia started for Sporting KC against FC Dallas last week, a 6-2 Sporting KC win. Dia took one corner kick in the match.
Phanuel Kavita was on the bench for Real Salt Lake against the Portland Timbers. Kavita made his MLS debut last week.
Chris Glodack and NASL side Tampa Bay Rowdies got their fall season underway on Saturday with a 2-1 win over the Atlanta Silverbacks.
