CLEMSON, SC-Three players, Adrianne Bradshaw, D’Lesha Lloyd, and Tasha Taylor have all signed national letters of intent to play women’s basketball at Clemson University as announced by Lady Tiger Basketball Coach Jim Davis.
Bradshaw, a native of Greensboro, NC attends High Point Central High School. She averaged 15 ppg. and 11 rpg. her junior season. She is a 6-4 center and is ranked 83rd nationally by the All-Star Report and 91st by womenscollegehoops.com.
Lloyd a 6-0 guard/forward is a native of Columbia, SC. She attends Lower Richland High School. She averaged 22 ppg., 10 rpg., and six apg. She was named all-area, all-region and all-state. She is ranked 129th nationally by the All-Star Report, and 77th by womenscollegehoops.com.
Tasha Taylor is a 5-9 guard from Columbus, GA. She attends Carver High School. She is ranked 92nd by the All-Star Report and 90th by womenscollegehoops.com. She averaged more than 17 points, five steals and eight assists per game her junior season.
“We are very excited about our recruiting class,” said Davis. “Bradshaw is a 6’4” post player who runs the floor well and is a good student of the game. She has good hands and can score. Her best basketball is in front of her.
“Tasha Taylor is a great point guard. She has exceptional quickness and an explosive first step. She is a tremendous athlete and has great leadership ability. She is a prototype Clemson University point guard.
“Lloyd is a complete player. She is a big strong 6’0” guard/forward who can post up and shoots well off the dribble from mid range and can step out and hit the three.
“We look forward to having these young ladies join our program,” said Davis. “Our coaches have done an exceptional job in signing what we think is a very good recruiting class. We expect each of these young ladies to have a tremendous impact on our program.”
