Pettaway scored 16 points and 12 rebounds, tying career highs in both categories, in helping lead the Lady Tigers to a 52-47 upset over #21 North Carolina on Thursday, January 12. Pettaway and teammate Chelsea Lindsay combined for Clemson’s final six points in the contest, and Pettaway’s turn-around jumper with 1:20 remaining helped solidify the win. The victory was the Lady Tigers’ first over the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill since January 10, 2000.
