Simmons had two terrific matches in Clemson’s 2-0 weekend on the road against Boston College and Maryland. She had double-doubles in both matches, hitting .307 and averaging 3.63 kills and 3.5 digs per set from the right side. She also added five aces and totaled 38.0 points, an average of 4.75 points per set for the weekend. The junior is enjoying a breakout season, averaging 3.12 kills and 2.98 digs per set.
