Davis scored three touchdowns in the Tigers’ 70-14 victory over Central Michigan on Saturday, October 20. He had 22 carries for 88 yards and two rushing touchdowns, and two receptions for 19 yards and one receiving touchdown against the Chippewas.
His two rushing touchdowns on Saturday moved him into second place on Clemson’s career rushing touchdown leaders list with 33. He ranks sixth on the Tigers’ all-time list for career rushing yards with 2617.
