BOSTON, Mass. – After placing within the top-16 in their respective events, ten Tigers are set to represent Clemson at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships in Boston, Mass. Events begin on Thursday, March 7 with the men’s and women’s weight throw and will wrap on Saturday, March 9 with all final events.
2024 NCAA Indoor Qualifiers:
D’Andre Anderson – men’s 400 meter
Gladys Chepngetich – women’s 800 meter
Daniel Cope – men’s weight throw
Marie Forbes – women’s weight throw
Shantae Foreman – women’s triple jump
Courtney Lawrence – men’s shot put
Tarees Rhoden – men’s 800 meter
Antoinette Van Der Merwe – women’s 60 meter hurdles
Oneka Wilson – women’s 60 meter hurdles
The Tigers will look to secure top-finishes in all events and be crowned national champions both individually and as a team. Foreman, Rhoden, Rose and Wilson all earned gold medals in their events at the ACC Indoor Championships as all four, plus the additional six will try and secure their place on the podium at the national level.
