Cassidy Boyle

Position: Assistant Director of Mental Health

CASSIDY BOYLE, LPC

Cassidy Boyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong background in mental wellness, trauma-informed care, and performance psychology. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Sport and Performance Psychology with a focus on Positive Leadership and Administration from the University of Western States. A former Division I softball player at the University of South Florida, Cassidy completed dual Bachelor’s degrees in Health Sciences and Business Management.

Cassidy has worked extensively with veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing clinical support for individuals navigating trauma, OCD, depression, and anxiety. Drawing from her own experience as a student-athlete, she brings a unique understanding of the mental, emotional, and physical demands athletes face in balancing performance with personal growth.

Her approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and strengths-based practices, emphasizing the use of clients’ existing skills and values to build meaningful, goal-oriented actions. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys hiking, exploring new parts of the world, and indulging in her love for Broadway. Her wide-ranging interests and life experiences help her connect authentically with clients, creating a well-rounded, compassionate approach to counseling that fosters resilience and long-term growth.
