TULSA, OK—Clemson’s doubles team of Yannick Maden and Dominique Maden qualified for the main draw of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Men’s All-American Tennis Tournament at Tulsa OK Wednesday. In the third round of the qualifying doubles, Dominique Maden and Yannick Maden defeated Tin Ostojic and Eric Reyes of Wichita State 8-3. The other Clemson doubles team of Gerardo Meza and Ayrton Wibowo lost to Sudanwa Sitaram and Daniel Whitehead of Texas 8-4. In the qualifying round Maden and Maden defeated Dominic Cotrone and Anderson Reed of Florida State 8-5 Clemson’s duo of Maden and Maden qualified for the main draw doubles of this tournament. The 32-team main draw doubles starts tomorrow afternoon. Maden and Maden will play the number one seed of Jonas Lutjen and Nik Scholtz of Mississippi at 4:30 p.m. est. In singles, Clemson’s Yannick Maden will begin play Thursday morning in the 64-player draw. Yannick Maden will play Farris Gosea of Illinois at 12:00 p.m Thursday. This tournament brings together the top men’s tennis players from around the nation.
