Clemson Men’s Track And Field To Play Host To NC-SC All-Star Meet

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson men’s track and field team will play host to the NC-SC All-Star meet this weekend at the Rock Norman Track Complex. The Tigers will face competition from Furman, Livingstone, Mars Hill, UNC Asheville ans Winthrop. Saturday’s meet is scheduled to begin at 11:15 AM with the field events, and the running events will commence at 1:00 PM.

The meet will begin with the men’s hammer throw, featuring Clemson’s Derek Gilson and Derek Gilson are slated to compete. Derek Gilson will compete in the discus throw also at 4:00 PM. The 200m dash will feature Warren Eure, Ronald Richards and Kai Maull at 4:20 PM. The Tigers’ 4x400m relay team will be the last event on the track for the men’s teams, and is scheduled to begin at 5:25 PM.
