Greene Has Sights Set On Majors

While Greene is still getting accustomed to the weather, he seems to be adapting nicely to Triple-A pitching. The Beavers shortstop, recently called up from Class AA Mobile, knocked 16 hits, including three home runs, in his first 45 at-bats with Portland.
