The Atlanta, GA native played in 18 matches and started 17 in goal for the Tigers in 2010. He finished the year with 64 saves, a 1.15 goals allowed average and a .753 save percentage. He recorded two solo shutouts and had four or more saves in nine matches during the year. Mizell posted the most saves by a Clemson freshman since the 1990 season when former Tiger Jaro Zawislan had 134 saves during his rookie season.
