Clemson Men’s Track And Field To Compete At Nebraska Invitational

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s track and field team will travel to Lincoln, NE, this weekend to compete in the Nebraska Invitational. The Tigers will face teams from Arkansas, Kansas State, Manhattan, Minnesota, Mississippi State and host Nebraska. Saturday’s meet is slated to begin at 2:00 PM and conclude at 8:10 PM.

The Tigers will open competition at 3:30 PM on Saturday with Andrew Kessler, Chris Gross and Ryan Hunter in the pole vault. At 4:12 PM, Roy Cheney, Rashad Gardner, Brent Hobbs, Scott Kautz, George Kitchens and Hobbs are slated to represent Clemson. The running events continue with the 60m dash trials at 4:35 PM, featuring Tye Hill, Tye Hill, Currie, Eure, Richards and Griffin. The men’s 3000m is slated for 7:35 PM, in which Itay Magidi, Matt Pimentel and Ryan Fenton will compete. The men’s 4x400m relay teams will compete at 7:50 PM, and the distance medley relay will conclude the meet at 8:10 PM.
