There are several activities and events open to fans traveling to Clemson the weekend of April 9-11, 2010. The weekend will be highlighted by the Spring Football Game to be held Saturday, April 10 at 4:00 PM at Memorial Stadium.
The 10th-ranked Clemson women’s tennis team will play host to two ACC rivals at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center over the weekend. The Tigers will face North Carolina on Saturday at 11:00 AM and Duke on Sunday at 12:00 PM.
The Tiger volleyball team will hold the Clemson Spring Tournament on Saturday in Jervey Gymnasium. Clemson will face Winthrop at 10:00 AM and Charlotte at 1:00 PM.
Admission is free to the spring football game, the women’s tennis matches and the volleyball matches. Gates 5 (Fatz Café Gate), 9 (Tom Winkopp Gate) and 13 (Williams Gate) will be open for fans to enter the stadium beginning at 1:00 PM prior to the football game. Seating will be available in the North stands. Parking will be available in Lot 3A, Lot 4, Lot 5, Lot 6, Lot 10, the McFadden Lot and the streets surrounding Littlejohn Coliseum and Memorial Stadium.
The IPTAY Office will open at 12:00 PM on Saturday, and IPTAY will hold an annual meeting at 1:00 PM at the IPTAY center. All IPTAY Donors are invited to attend the annual meeting.
The Clemson University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Solid Orange Squad will hold their annual Be a T.I.G.E.R! Field Day on Saturday. The event will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the Littlejohn Coliseum lawn. The event is open to children up to the sixth grade and admission is free.

Also on Saturday, SAAC and the Solid Orange Squad will present “A Day in the Life of a Clemson Student-Athlete” as part of National Student-Athlete Day. This event is open to middle and high school students and will take place from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Interested participants should meet at Littlejohn Coliseum.

The Clemson Sons Bowl, a flag football game featuring former Tiger football players, will be held at Memorial Stadium at 1:50 PM on Saturday.
The Tiger Letterwinners Association will hold its annual Spring Gathering beginning Friday with a letterwinners’ golf tournament at 10:00 AM. See the flyer below or contact Charlie Bussey for additional details and to register for the Spring Gathering.

Several sport programs will have alumni reunion events on Saturday as well. The swimming and diving team will hold an alumni meet at 10:00 AM at McHugh Natatorium and a tailgate on the sundeck following the meet. Contact Leslie Hasselbach Hasselbach for additional information regarding the swimming and diving event. The women’s soccer team will also hold an alumni tailgate prior to the football game.
