CLEMSON, SC-The Clemson Lady Tiger basketball team will play host to Georgia Tech on Thursday night (February 19) at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, SC at 7:00 p.m.
Clemson has a 15-8 record overall, and a 5-7 mark in the ACC. Georgia Tech has a 13-11 record overall and a 4-8 mark in league play. Clemson is coming off a 76-55 loss to N.C. State last Thursday. Georgia Tech has won two games in a row, a 65-55 victory over Virginia last Thursday, and a 58-57 win over Maryland on Sunday.
The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by Lakeia Stokes with a 17.0 ppg. average. She also leads the team in rebounding with a 7.5 rpg. mark. Stokes also leads the team in assists (86) and steals (58).
Fallon Stokes leads the Yellow Jackets in scoring (17.2 ppg.) and rebounding (6.5 rpg.) This will be the 51st meeting between Clemson and Georgia Tech on the basketball court. Clemson leads the overall series 38-12, including a 75-61 win over the Yellow Jackets on January 18, in Atlanta, GA.
