CLEMSON, S.C. – The Tigers concluded their 2020 fall practice season with three Orange & Purple Scrimmages (all seven innings) at Doug Kingsmore Stadium from Nov. 20-22. Orange won the series 2-1 thanks to victories by scores of 9-2 and 3-1 before Purple salvaged the series with an 8-5 win in the finale.
James Parker was the star of the weekend for Orange. The rising junior was 6-for-9 with a homer, five RBIs, two runs and two walks. Sam Hall was 4-for-9 with two doubles and four runs, while Bryar Hawkins and Adam Hackenberg added three hits apiece.
Elijah Henderson led the Purple squad by going 5-for-12 with a double and two runs. Regan Reid and Blake Wright added three hits apiece.
