1999 FANSonly Charity Auction
The FANSonly Network, home of Official Athletic Sites for than 50 universities and collegiate conferences, is proud to present the first-ever online college sports charity auction, dedicated to furthering cancer research and increasing awareness of cancer projects.
The auction will take place online from April 26 through April 30, with proceeds being split between two charities: Coaches vs. Cancer and The V Foundation.
Among the numerous items up for auction, Clemson has provided a Larry Shyatt Autographed Basketball. Visit the auction homepage for a detailed listing of items and more information on how to participate.
All bidders in the FANSonly Online Sports Charity Auction will be eligible to receive prizes from the FANSonly Store, including two $100 gift certificates. In addition, 100% of the money raised will be split between the two charities:
Coaches vs. Cancer – Coaches vs. Cancer is a partnership of the American Cancer Society (ACS) and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), and is dedicated to decreasing risk of cancer in youths by utilizing fan contributions to fund children’s cancer research, tobacco education, advocacy and patient services of the American Cancer Society.
The V Foundation – The V Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to saving lives by helping find a cure for cancer. It seeks to make a difference by generating broad-based support for cancer research and by creating an urgent awareness among all Americans of the importance of the war against cancer.
