• Scored for Tennessee in the high jump at the SEC Championships (5/12) with a season best 2.04m (6-8.25) jump
• Cleared the 2.00m bar at the CARIFTA Games (4/8) to finish first and secure his second career medal at the event

Indoor

• Secured fourth by jumping 2.06m (6-9) at the Bob Pollock Invitational (1/28)
• Finished second in the high jump at the Carolina Challenge (1/21), leaping 2.10m (6-10.75)
• Started his collegiate career at the Clemson Invite (1/14) in the high jump with a clearance of 2.05m (6-8.75), which was good enough for fourth overall
