2021 Outdoor Season

• Opened his outdoor season by racing the 3,000m at the Tiger Track Classic (March 19-20). McManus finished 10th overall in 9:05.59.
• At the Raleigh Relays (March 25-26), McManus ran 15:11.93 for the 5,000 meters.
• During the Florida Relays (April 2-3), made his debut at 1,500m, running 4:05.73.
• Contested the 800m at the UCF Knights Invite (April 23-24), finishing in 2:01.44. Also raced the 1,500m while in Orlando, finishing in 4:15.00.

2021 Indoor Season

• Made his Clemson debut by contesting the mile at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
• Registered an electric performance in the 3k during the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 29-30), running 8:39.77 to finish second overall.
  • McManus entered the Bob Pollock Invitational with a 9:06.24 personal best in the event.
• Set a new personal best in the 800 meters at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16), running 2:00.06.
• Set a new personal best in the mile at the Clemson Invitational, running 4:26.53.
• At the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 6), McManus was the first Tiger to cross the line during the 3,000, running 8:52.33.
• During the 3,000m at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), McManus ran 8:41.83 to finish ninth overall.
• Contested the 3,000m at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27), running 8:54.16.
