Overview: Senior from state of Florida who played in five tournaments so far as a Tiger…will miss the fall of 2025 due to an injury…has 76.06 stroke average for those 15 rounds, but three of the 15 have been at par or better…has 33 career birdies and two eagles … yet to play in the Clemson lineup, his five tournaments have been as an individual…played at the Stono individual tournament in Feb. of 2025…played in the J.T. In 2023-24: Played in two events as an individual, the J.T. Poston and the Sharkey…opened the year strong with career best 68 at the Poston, he was tied for eighth after the first round….shot even-par 71 in the second round, and his 139 total was in 13th place after two rounds…struggled to an 83 in the final round…shot 222 for the 54 holes…shot 230 at the Sharkey in opening tournament of the spring to finish 56th…had 75.33 stroke average for the year…two of his six rounds were at par or better…finished the year with a 3.26 average on par three holes, but played the par fives at 4.57…had 16 birdies and an eagle…had career best 11 birdies at the Poston.

In 2022-23: Played in two tournaments as an individual as a freshman…had 76.33 stroke average for his six rounds…had 76.0 average in opening tournament rounds and 78.0 in final rounds…posted 3.13 stroke average on par three holes, 4.29 on par fours…had 10 birdies, but posted two eagles in just six rounds…started his career playing as an individual at Golf club of Georgia…had rounds of 72-74-71 at the Ka’anapali Classic for a four-over-par 217…

In High School:  A four-time Area Golfer of the Year in Pensacola, Fla. who was named  to the Class A  All-State team his freshman and junior years…. as leader of the Pensacola Catholic team, has finished in the top 25 of the Florida State Class A Championship each of his last three years, including sixth in 2018, seventh in 2019, fifth in 2020 and 16th in 2021….in summer of 2021 he had a pair of top 20 finishes in national AJGA Tournaments, 18th at the Arnold Palmer Junior and 19th at the AJGA Junior at Canebrake Golf Club…. has four SJGT (SE Junior Golf Tour) wins in his career…. the fall of 2020 he won the Visit Tallahassee Junior Championship thanks to a bogey free 66 in the final round, he came back  from 15th place to start the final round…he was first golfer from Pensacola to win an AJGA tournament since 1999…..it was one of three top 10s he recorded in 2020….. as sophomore in 2020 he won the Class A Region championship…. the 2020 Panhandle Golfer of the Year by USA Today, and a finalist for Florida Golfer of the Year… received significant acclaim in Florida as a high school freshman in 2018 when he made a hole-in-one on a 330-yard par four at the District Tournament….played his high school golf for  John Walker,  Chasten Reed, and Ryan Capers.

Personal:  Son of Jeff and Natalie Burroughs…his dad played golf at Huntington College…his sister, Ashley plays college golf at Spring Hill College.
