Overview: Ranked as the 24th best player in the country in his class according to the Golf Channel junior rankings… finished 11th at Junior PGA with a 283 in his final tournament (July 30, 2024) before coming to Clemson…qualified for the match-play at the prestigious North and South Amateur in 2023…he finished tied for 17th in stroke play before he eventually lost to Clemson’s  Andrew Swanson in extra holes in the first round….finished in the top four of the Carolinas Amateur each of the last two years, second at the 2024 tournament with a 278 score, including a final round 65, and fourth at the 2023 event, he had three rounds in the 60s at 2023 tournament…Collin qualified for the U.S. Junior the last two years and finished 25th in stroke play in 2023….finished 20th at the Western Junior Championship in 2023, while earning top 10 finishes in the 2023 North and South Junior Amateur (seventh), Carolinas Amateur Championship (fourth) and the 2023 Beth Daniel Junior Azalea (third)… posted top five finishes at the Hope Valley Junior Invitational (fourth) and Creed Junior Boys’ Invitational (third)….. finished 15th at the Beth Daniel Junior Azalea….majoring in business administration at Clemson.

In High School: As a junior in 2023 was named the Golfer of the Year for by the Charlotte Observer and was obviously on the all-regional team by that publication….finished as the 2023 runner-up in the 4A state championship after shooting 69 and 71, lost playoff on second hole… finished fourth in the regional that year…finished 17th at the 4A State Tournament as a senior in 2024…on Feb., 28, 2023, shot a 28 for nine holes at Myers Park Golf Club in Charlotte…competed in local qualifying for the 2024 US Open at Pinehurst #6 on May 11, 2024, he was one of six players in a playoff for the last two spots…his favorite hobby is fishing…a natural lefty who plays golf right handed…his dad played college hockey…played his high school golf at Providence High School for Carl Church…born on December 26, 2005.
