2021-22

• Played in 26 games as a freshman and earned four starts.
• Playing time was limited until injuries to Hunter Tyson and PJ Hall late in the season. Started four consecutive games, including playing 27 minutes in a win at Boston College (Feb. 26).
  • Scored a season-high eight points on 4-for-6 shooting and added nine rebounds, including four on the offensive glass.
• Scored six points and grabbed three rebounds in an early season win over Charleston Southern (Nov. 26).
• Blocked a season-high two shots on two occasions against Charleston Southern and Georgia Tech (March 2).

Before Clemson

• Middlebrooks is a 6-10, 232-pound frontcourt player who is rated as a four-star prospect, according to ESPN.
• As a senior at Westminster Academy, he averaged 20.5 points and 13.6 rebounds per game. During his junior year at Westminster Academy, he averaged 20.0 points and 13.0 rebounds per game.
• He was a member of Each 1 Teach 1 Elite basketball program and they reached the Elite Eight of the 2021 Nike EYBL Peach Jam. He finished second in rebounding during Peach Jam with 9.9 per game. He also tallied 7.7 points per contest.
• Middlebrooks chose Clemson over Florida, Auburn, Georgia, Ole Miss, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame and Dayton.

Personal

• Middlebrooks’ sister, Mackenzy, was a member of Clemson’s women’s tennis program and graduated in 2021.
