2022-23

  • Played in all 32 games with 30 starts.
  • Finished the season with 244 points after averaging 7.6 points per game.
  • Posted 139 rebounds on the season and averaged 3.4 per game.
  • Finished out the season with 35 total assists.
  • Totaled 13 double-figure scoring games.
  • Notched a season-high of 16 points against Chattanooga on Feb. 18.
  • Recorded a season-high of 10 rebounds against Marshall on Dec. 13.

2021-22

  • Played in 31 games and made 19 starts.
  • Averaged 9.5 points and 6.0 rebound per game, both were second on the team.
  • He scored in double figures 13 times this season, including in four of UNCG’s last five games of the season.
  • Scored a career-best 23 points against Chattanooga in a road win on Feb. 17.
  • Notched his first career double-double in a 58-56 victory over Furman on Feb. 5, 2022. In that same game, Leyte had a career high three blocked shots and three assists.
  • Grabbed 10 rebounds in three games (UMass, Furman, and Western Carolina).
  • Finished with at least five rebounds in a game 24 times.
  • Had 17 points and eight rebounds against Boston University.
  • Finished with 17 points helped by a 12-for-12 performance from the foul line against Elon on Nov. 30.
  • Made at least five free throws in five of UNCG’s last six games.
  • Was 12th in the SoCon in rebounding and helped UNCG participate in the postseason CBI.

2020-21 (UNCG)

  • Saw action in 28 games and averaged 1.3 points per game.
  • Scored a season-best seven points and pulled down a six rebounds in a road game at Coppin State.
  • Made his only 3-pointer of the season against Samford.

2019-20 (UNCG)

  • Shot 38.1 percent from beyond the arc ranked second on the Spartan roster.
  • Made 27 appearances over the course of the year and made collegiate debut against North Carolina A&T scoring eight points with five rebounds.
  • Drilled first career three against No. 3 Kansas
  • First career assist against App State.
  • Scored a career-high 10 points over 19 minutes played against William Peace.
  • Had an assist and a block against ETSU.
  • Had nine points while hitting 3-of-4 from beyond the arc against the Citadel.

Before UNCG

  • Attended New Hampton for two seasons.
  • Helped guide team to a 23-8 record.
  • Earned Honorable Mention AAA honors from the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC).
  • Also played for the Expressions Elite in the Nike EYBL and appeared in 13 games.
  • Has represented the Dutch National Team.
