2021 Outdoor Season

  • Opened her outdoor debut for Clemson by racing the 400mH at the Tiger Track Classic (March 19-20).
  • At the Tiger Track Classic, Foster finished 2nd overall in the 400mH after running 59.00.
  • Contested the 400mH at the FSU Relays (March 25-26), running 59.93 to finish 3rd overall.
  • At the Florida Relays (April 2-3), Foster recorded the then-No. 9 mark in program history for the 400mH by running 57.73.
    • This served as Foster’s lifetime best in the event.
  • During the USC Open (April 17), Foster ran 54.90 for 400m to set a personal best in the event.
  • Ran 57.76 for the 400mH during the UCF Knights Invite (April 23-24).
  • At the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15), Foster finished third overall in the 400mH after running 57.55 in the final.
    • This served as a lifetime best for Foster.
    • This is the ninth-fastest time in program history.
  • During the NCAA Preliminary East Region (May 26-29) meet, Foster finished 16th overall after running 58.42 during the quarterfinals.

2021 Season Highlights

  • Made her season debut at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 22-23), contesting the 400 meters.
  • At the Hokie Invitational, set a new personal best by running 55.38.
  • During the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), finished 9th in the prelims of the 400m with her time of 55.70.

2019-2020 Indoor Season Highlights

  • Contested the 400 meters and was a part of the Tigers’ second-team All-ACC 4×400 meter relay at the 2020 ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29).
  • Set a sizable personal best in the 400 meters by running 56.19 at the ACC Indoor Championships.
  • Foster’s best individual finish throughout the campaign was a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 17-18).
  • Made Clemson debut by running in the 60-meter hurdles at the Clemson Opener.
  • Competed in four events throughout the season.

Prior to Clemson

  • A transfer from Central Arizona College following two full years of competition.
  • Swept both the 400mH and 100mH titles at the 2018 NJCAA Outdoor Championships.
  • Runner-up in the 600m at the 2018 NJCAA Indoor Championships.
