Markov Earns Second ACC Player of the Week Award

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference released its weekly tennis awards Tuesday afternoon, with Clemson’s Viktor Markov earning ACC Player of the Week honors for the second time this season following his performances against Auburn and Charlotte this past weekend. This marks his third ACC weekly honor overall, adding to his ACC Player of the Week recognition on Jan. 27 and his ACC Freshman of the Week award on March 18, 2025.

MARKOV’S WEEKEND RESULTS – SINGLES

• 67 Markov defeated No. 57 Nasridinov (Auburn), 4-6, 6-4, 6-2.
• 67 Markov defeated Dreycopp (Charlotte), 7-5, 7-5.

MARKOV’S WEEKEND RESULT – DOUBLES

• 56 Markov / Henrik Bladelius defeated Prata / Dreycopp (Charlotte), 7-5.
