Lady Tigers Face UNC-Greensboro Tuesday Night

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Clemson Lady Tiger Basketball Team will play UNC-Greensboro Tuesday night in Greensboro, NC at 7:30 p.m.

Clemson will enter the contest with a 7-3 record overall after a 69-54 loss to Penn State on Sunday in Myrtle Beach, SC. UNC-Greensboro has a 4-3 record overall after a 71-68 win over Marshall Sunday afternoon.

The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by freshman Chrissy Floyd with a 11.9 ppg. average. Erin Batth leads the team in rebounding with a 8.2 rpg. mark.

UNC-Greensboro is led in scoring by Melinda Goodson with a 14.7 ppg. average.

The UNC-Greensboro contest will be the last game before Christmas for the Lady Tigers. Clemson will travel to East Carolina for a December 30th game in the Lady Tigers’ first action after the Christmas break.

This will be the third meeting between Clemson and UNC-Greensboro on the basketball court. Clemson leads the overall series 2-0. This is the Lady Tigers’ first game at Greensboro, NC.
