Clemson, SC – The IPTAY Student Advisory Board, better known as ISAB, is a selected group of current Clemson students who serve as a liaison between the student body and IPTAY. ISAB enables IPTAY to connect with the students on campus to better educate the general student body on the organization’s mission to support student-athletes. This past Wednesday, March 25, general elections were held for the executive board positions for ISAB. The newly elected officials for the upcoming 2015-2016 academic year are Bryce Page (President), Mason Bunn (Vice President), and Alex Errington (Secretary).

Page is a rising Senior from Irmo, SC and will serve as the IPTAY Student Advisory Board President. Page, a finance major has worked previously in the athletic department with Thad Turnipseed as a Recruiting Assistant. He is the son of Anne and Rad Page and has one younger brother, Blake, who is a current freshman at Clemson.

Bunn comes to Clemson from Columbus, GA and will serve as the Vice President of ISAB for the 2015-2016 academic year. Bunn is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and also serves as a co-host for the sports radio segment on Clemson student radio during the fall. He is the son of Jeff and Sherry Bunn and has a twin brother, Ellis. Bunn will be a Junior when classes begin in the fall.

Errington, a native of Greensboro, NC, will fill the role of ISAB Secretary. She is currently studying abroad in France. Errington is a marketing major and is also on the Clemson varsity women’s rowing team. During the 2013-2014 campaign she rowed in four regattas over the course of the season and rowed to a first place finish with the 1N8 to open the season versus Eastern Michigan on March 1 and helped lead the 3V8 boat to a victory over Syracuse and Eastern Michigan on March 15. Errington is a rising Junior and is the daughter of Mary Beth Errington.

IPTAY Student Advisory Board staff advisor, Julia Stump, had this to say on the recent elections: “I am very excited about the opportunity to continue to work with these three individuals. They have each been outstanding general members on the board and I am looking forward to seeing them grow in these leadership positions.”

The IPTAY Student Advisory Board has two scheduled meetings for the remainder of this semester and will resume initiatives this summer beginning with new student orientation. Additional ISAB initiatives include building the IPTAY Collegiate Club brand, growing the membership base, and promoting the Solid Orange message on campus.
