If you haven’t already made your 2011 IPTAY contribution you should have received a packet in the mail over the past couple of weeks reminding you to do so before December 31. The December 31 deadline is important to many donors because it gives them the opportunity to receive tax deduction benefits when filling out their returns this Spring.
There are four easy ways to make sure that you meet this December 31st tax deadline:
1. Go to ClemsonTigers.com , look for the IPTAY link across the top and select the “Join IPTAY” link. From there you can donate online OR you can print off a membership form.
2. If you choose to mail in your 2011 IPTAY membership contribution please make sure that the letter is postmarked by December 31. As long as it is postmarked by this date our office can generate a tax letter for you to use on this year’s tax returns.
3. If you are going to be in the area you can stop by our office and drop off your donation for 2011. The IPTAY office is open from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Our office will be closed on December 27 for the Christmas holidays. We will reopen the 28th and 29th for half the day if you need to stop by and make your pledge. If the office is closed you can still make use of the night deposit box located just around the corner to the left of the IPTAY Center doors.
4. IPTAY staff members are also available to take your credit card information over the telephone by calling 1-800-CLEMSON or 864-656-2115.
