Five members of the rowing program earned All-ACC Academic recognition as announced by the league office on Wednesday. Aliute Udoka, Isla McRae, Kaley Wojciechowski, Bridget Kane and Rebecca Pulsifer each were recognized for their efforts.
McRae earned her second career academic honor, and was also named to the All-ACC First team on the water after earning a degree in Health Sciences in May. Udoka was a second-team selection as well. Kane and Pulsifer were members of Clemson’s 2V8+ boat that finished third at the ACC Championships.
The Tigers, who finished fourth place at the ACC Championships as a team also posted a 994 Academic Progress Rate score for the most recent year.
Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
