Oct. 24, 2011

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson women’s basketball team will hold their annual Orange and White intra-squad scrimmage on Tuesday at 7:00 pm in Littlejohn Coliseum. The event is free to the public and is fans’ first chance to see the 2011-12 team, including the 30th-ranked freshman class in the nation.

The scrimmage will follow the Orange Brigade Tip-Off Dinner in Littlejohn Coliseum. Fans interested in joining the Orange Brigade for exclusive updates on the team and special meet and greets throughout the year are welcome to contact Shelly Geer at SGEER@clemson.edu.

Senior post players Shaniqua Pauldo and Lindsey Mason will lead Clemson this season. Pauldo is the leading returning scorer at 8.7 points per game, and Mason is the leading returning rebounder and shot-blocker at 5.2 boards and 1.5 blocks per game, respectively.
