KENEISHA SHELBOURNE | TRIPLE JUMP & LONG JUMP
Shelbourne, from Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago, attended Asja Girls’ College. She was the 2025 CARIFTA Games Triple Jump Champion and has competed in major international meets, including Nacac U18, multiple CARIFTA games (2023, 2024, and 2025) and the Panama U23 Championships.
“I first saw Keneisha at the 2025 CARIFTA games. From the moment I watched her compete, it was clear she was special. She’s explosive, fast and has the ability to jump at a very high level. When she went on to win the CARIFTA Games, that confirmed what I saw in her from the beginning. She is a competitor and a champion.
With Shantae (Foreman) graduating, Keneisha has the talent and mindset to step in and continue that standard immediately. I truly believe she will be a major asset to our program, and someone who can contribute at a high level over the next four years.” – Pete Charles, Jumps Coach.
