Tigers Move To Fourth Place After Day Two Of The Paradise Invitational

Boca Raton, Fla. – Clemson women’s golf made a strong move up the leaderboard Tuesday at the CIEE Florida Atlantic Paradise Invitational, firing a second-round 280 (-8) to climb into fourth place at 580 (+4) through 36 holes at Osprey Point Golf Course.

The Tigers posted the second-lowest team score of the day and sit just one stroke behind third-place Georgia (+3) heading into Wednesday’s final round. Tennessee (-5) and Kentucky (-4) lead the 16-team field.

Juliette Demeaux led Clemson in round two with a 70 (-2), moving into a tie for eighth at 1-under for the tournament. Sarah Uebelhart and Isabella Rawl both delivered bounce-back performances, each carding a 69 (-3) to climb into a tie for 13th at 1-over overall.

Keya Naik posted a 75 (+3) and sits tied for 38th at 5-over, while Sydney Roberts rebounded with an even-par 72 and is tied for 55th at 8-over.

Competing as an individual, Ivy Schulze carded a 79 (+7) in the second round and stands tied for 65th at 10-over.
