CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson (3-1-2) will finish nonconference play at home this Sunday, Sept. 7, facing No. 15 Georgia (4-2-1). The match at Historic Riggs Field will kick off at 6 p.m. Fans can attend all home matches at Historic Riggs Field for free and are welcome to bring their dogs for the “pups at the pitch” theme. Fans who bring their dogs are required to sign a waiver form acknowledging that their dog is well-trained and up to date on shots. The match can be streamed on ACCNX and real-time stats will be available at ClemsonTigers.com.

 

This Season’s Quick Kicks

  • Last time out, the Tigers beat Charlotte 3-0, securing back-to-back wins.
  • Juju Harris scored her third-career goal, putting the Tigers up 1-0. The goal was set up by a corner kick from Renee Lyles (second assist) that was redirected by Mackenzie Duff (first assist) to Harris.
  • Alessandra Washington came off the bench to score her first-career goal off of a breakaway initiated by Carla Small, who earned the assist.
  • The Tigers have had four shutouts this season with Addy Holgorsen claiming two of them.
  • Georgia will be the fourth top 20 team that Clemson has already faced this season, having a record of 0-1-2 in that category.
  • Based on the current rankings (as of Sept. 5, 2025), the Tigers are looking ahead at five more top 25 teams (No. 1 Stanford, No. 8 Virginia, No. 5 Notre Dame, No. 17 Wake Forest and No. 3 Duke).
  • Lyles and Harris lead the team in goals (three) and points (seven).
  • Neely Kerr, Lyles, Harris, Duff and Holgorsen have started every match this season.
  • Those five along with Emily Brough, Anna Castenfelt, Tatum Short, Natalie Brooks, Jolie Jenkins, Christian Brathwaite, Carla Small and Reese Klein have played in every match this season.
  • Goalkeeper Nona Reason is easing her way back onto the field, now having 90 minutes over the last two matches.
  • Throughout that span, Reason tallied three saves and zero goals allowed.
  • Graduate transfer (Duke) Baleigh Bruster saw her first action of the season against Charlotte.
