Clemson Men’s Soccer Ranked 19th in Latest National Poll

Clemson, SC – The Clemson men’s soccer team was ranked No. 19 in the latest national poll released by Soccer America on Monday.

The Tigers finished last week with a 1-1 record. Clemson tied Winthrop 1-1 on Wednesday night, and defeated 15th ranked Duke on Sunday in its ACC season opener.

Clemson is led by senior Andre Borges with three goals for six points. Senior Kenny Cutler netted the game-winner, his first goal of the season, against Duke with just 12 minutes remaining in the match.

The Tigers return to action on Wednesday night when they play host to Stetson at 7 p.m. at Historic Riggs Field.
