A DOUBLES SPECIALIST
Judging by her career records (below), it’s obvious that Jessy Rompies has had terrific success as an all-around player in her two seasons at Clemson. Her success in doubles play is particularly impressive. In 2013-14, Rompies recorded 32 individual doubles wins, a figure which is tied for fifth in program history in single season doubles wins. So far in 2014-15, Rompies already has 27 wins in doubles play, including four, with Beatrice Gumulya, en route to winning the doubles title at the ITA All-American Championships in October of 2014. Rompies and Gumulya are the first doubles duo in Clemson history to win that prestigious title.
