Program Record Nine Tigers Named to All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A program-record and ACC-leading nine Tigers earned All-ACC Academic Team recognition for their performance both in the classroom and on the court, it was announced today by Commissioner Jim Phillips.

Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s contests.

Amari Robinson picked up the honor for the fourth-consecutive year, while Hannah Hank garnered her third honor. Joining them on the All-ACC Academic Team are Daisha Bradford, Ale’Jah Douglas, MaKayla Elmore, Kionna Gaines, Madi Ott, Brie Perpignan, and Ruby Whitehorn.

Pitt and Syracuse placed eight on the All-ACC Academic Team. Duke, Florida State, Louisville and Notre Dame had seven apiece. The team features 86 student-athletes, with at least one from each of the ACC’s 15 programs.
