• The Clemson Tigers (3-7) are coming off an 81-64 loss to #8/10 Florida State on Sunday afternoon in the ACC season opener. The Tigers dip back into non-conference play on Sunday, taking on their second SoCon opponent of 2019-20 in Mercer inside Hawkins Arena in Macon, Ga. Tipoff is set for 2:00 p.m.

• Nique Cherry will see her first action as a Tiger on Sunday after transferring mid-year last season. Cherry played two years at the junior college level, before transferring to East Carolina. The junior from Laurel, Miss., never suited up for the Pirates before transferring to Clemson, but had both her waiver and its appeal denied by the NCAA, resulting in a full calendar year of sitting out per NCAA transfer rules.
