- Will play at the top of the Clemson lineup after sitting a year dur to NCAA eligibility requirements
- Reached quarterfinals of Hilton Head $10,000 as an amateur, and main draw of 25K in Raleigh
- Defeated players who played at North Carolina, Michigan, as well as many others
- Reached semifinals at ITA Carolina Regional Singles Championships
- Earned three wins over top-50 players, including a 6-2, 6-3 win over No. 18 Brynn Boren of Tennessee
