Torres joined the Clemson staff in the summer of 2024 after completing her collegiate playing career in the spring of 2024 with Duke. A crucial piece of Duke’s 2024 Women’s College World Series team, she finished with a .349 average and career highs in hits (40), runs scored (61), triples (3) and RBI (37). She garnered NFCA All-Region Third Team honors in 2024 for her efforts behind the plate. She finished her senior season with the Blue Devils with a .997 fielding percentage and caught nine runners attempting to steal. In total, she threw out 30 runners on the basepath, which ranks first all time in Duke’s record books.
