2010 Highlights • Red-Shirted Chopticon High School Highlights • Won the 2009 Maryland state cross country title in the three-mile run with a time of 17:12; he was also named conference Runner-of-the-Year as a senior • Captured AAA South Region cross country championship in 2009 • Placed fifth in the 3200m (9:37.82) at the 2010 Maryland State Championships • Finished in third place at the Maryland AAA Indoor Championships in the 3200m • AAA South Region champion at 3200m in 2009, he was three-time conference runner-up in the event as well • Earned four varsity letters in outdoor track & field, three indoor, and two in both cross country and soccer • Coached by John Urban and Dan Velez Personal • Born 9/24/92 • Son of Gerald and Christina Ostrowski • Cousin, Justin Ostrowski, played football at the University of Wisconsin • Majoring in mathematical sciences
