At the NCAA Preliminary East Region (May 26-29) meet, Disher finished 38th overall in the 800m after running 2:07.42 in the first round of competition.
Earned second-team All-ACC honors for the 800m during the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15), running 2:06.48.
Qualified for the final after running a personal best of 2:06.24 during the prelims.
Disher’s prelim time made her ninth-fastest in program history.
Opened her outdoor season by racing the 400m at the Tiger Track Classic (March 19-20).
Became tied for tenth all-time in the women’s 800m at Clemson during the
Went sub-2:07 for 800m for the first time in her career during the UCF Knights Invite (April 23-24), running 2:06.98.
This made Disher then-No. 10 all-time at Clemson in the event.
At the Tiger Track Classic, Disher’s time of 58.21 eclipsed her prior best of 58.41 which was set during her prep career.
Set a personal best in the 400m at the Tennessee Relays (April 9), running 57.03.
During the 800m at the Florida Relays (April 2-3), Disher ran a lifetime best of 2:09.21.
Set a then-personal best during the 800m at the FSU Relays (March 25-26), running 2:09.78.
2021 Indoor Season
Made her season debut by contesting the 600 meters at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
At the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), ran 2:10.00 in the prelims of the women’s 800m.
Set a personal best for 800m during the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), running 2:09.51.
Contested the 800 meters for the first time this season at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16), running 2:13.06.
Set a personal best in the 600 meters at the Orange & Purple Elite, running 1:34.19.
Disher’s previous best was 1:37.78.
Recorded a personal best at 400m during the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 6), running 58.41.
At the South Carolina Invitational, Disher ran the third leg of the Tigers’ DMR, splitting 2:11.90.
2019-20 Indoor Season Highlights
Contested the 800 meters at the 2020 ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), finishing 13th overall in a time of 2:11.65.
Set a personal best in the 800 meters by running 2:11.21 at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 7-8) to finish fifth overall.
Competed in seven meets throughout the season. Primarily competed at the 800-meter distance, but toed the line in the 300 meters, 400 meters, and 600 meters as well.
