2011 Highlights • Scored in the first two meets of the season and competed in all six team meets • Best finish of the season was 14th at the Eye Opener, she was also 20th at the Clemson Invitational in a scoring role • Did not count toward team score but finished 55th at the ACC Championships and 85th at the NCAA Southeast Regionals 2010 Highlights • Competed in five meets, scoring for the Tigers at the Gamecock Invitational on Sept. 3 and the Pre-NCAA Nationals on Oct. 16 • Posted time of 22:13.6 at the Pre-NCAA meet, that was her best 6K time of the season • Placed 13th at the Gamecock Invitational • Did not score, but turned in 5K time of 18:09.3 at the Charlotte Invitational Northwest High School Highlights • Named to All-Gazette First Team for cross country in 2009-10 and in track in three different events in 2010 (1600m, 4x400m, 4x800m) • Helped two different relays (4×4, 4×8) to four state championships at the AAAA level in 2009-10 • Ran personal best 2:19.26 in the 800m at the Nike Spring Invitational and placed fourth • Won 2010 Montgomery County indoor championship with 1600m time of 5:16.93 • Runner-up at the 2009 Montgomery County Cross Country Championships • AAAA West Region runner-up in 800m in 2009 • Team MVP for cross country in 2009 and indoor track in 2010 • Helped 4x400m relay to second-fastest time in state high school history • Coached by Beth Muehl Personal • Born 5/20/92 • Daughter of Terrance and Linda Henshaw• Two-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll Collegiate Bests • 5,000 – 18:09.3 • 6,000 – 21:44.91
