Clemson, S.C. – Clemson senior Amari Robinson and freshman Ruby Whitehorn each earned All-ACC honors, it was announced today by the league office. Robinson was named second-team All-ACC, while Whitehorn was named to the All-Freshman team.
Robinson is Clemson’s fourth All-ACC selection in the last five seasons under Amanda Butler and just the sixth in the last 19 seasons. She leads the Tigers in scoring (13.8 ppg) and is tied for the team lead in rebounding (6.3 rpg). Robinson surpassed the 1,000 career point mark earlier this season and has scored in double-figures in 17 of Clemson’s 18 conference games. She’s also just the fifth player in Clemson history to earn both All-ACC and All-Freshman honors in her career.

Whitehorn is Clemson’s third All-Freshman selection under Butler (Robinson, 2020; Gabby Elliott, 2021) and the 10th in school history. Whitehorn is averaging 9.0 ppg and 4.3 rpg in conference play and is second on the team in scoring on the season (10.1 ppg).

Clemson returns to action on Wednesday, March 1, as the 10 seed in the 2023 ACC Tournament and will take on 15-seed Pitt at 3:30 p.m. in Greensboro, N.C.
