End of the 1st Inning Update: Tigers lead 2-0

T1: Clemson pitcher Tristan Smith and the defense hold strong with one strikeout and two pop fly outs by Alden Mathes and Jarren Purify to start the game. Florida leaves one man stranded on first base.

B1: Right Fielder Alden Mathes leads off for the Tigers with a base hit single through first and second base. Blake Wright lives his life with a walk for his first appearance at the plate today. Jimmy Obertop is walked to load the bases. Mathes scores on a wild pitch to give the Tigers an early lead, while Tristan Bissetta gets walked on a full count. Jack Crighton gets walked to bring in another score from Blake Wright. Tigers lead extended 2-0.
